Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design outcomes that meet customer needs in the financial technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive an understanding of customer needs in the crypto and blockchain space
• Identify and prioritize customer needs in collaboration with product and engineering partners
• Contribute to a growing design team by installing best practices and processes

Required Qualifications

• More than 7 years of UX or product design experience
• Experience in solving service design challenges and complex task-based workflows
• History of contributing to a strong design culture centered on the customer
• Ability to connect work across different product areas to solve related problems
• Experience shaping and defining design and research processes (for Principal Product Designer level)
