Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead the UX strategy and design execution for their internal care platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the UX vision and roadmap for the Care domain, including provider tools and member charts
• Lead and mentor product designers while collaborating with Product and Engineering leaders
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and translate concepts into intuitive designs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, particularly in B2B or clinician-facing platforms
• Proven success in leading UX workstreams and contributing to strategic product planning
• Strong interaction and visual design skills, with proficiency in tools like Figma
• Experience with user research and usability testing in complex or regulated domains
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and design systems; experience with EMR/EHR tools is a bonus
