Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive design outcomes that meet customer needs in the financial technology space.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive an understanding of customer needs in the crypto and blockchain space
• Identify and prioritize customer needs in collaboration with product and engineering partners
• Contribute to a growing design team, establishing best practices and processes

Required Qualifications

• More than 7 years of UX or product design experience
• Experience in solving service design challenges and complex task-based workflows
• History of contributing to a strong design culture focused on customer-centric work
• Ability to connect work across product areas to address similar problems
• Experience in design mentorship and aligning stakeholders to a design vision (for Principal Product Designer role)
