Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer for Loom Meeting Recordings.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end core meeting recording experience, driving design work from low to high fidelity
• Elevate design craft by setting high standards for interaction, visual, and motion design
• Prototype and ship innovations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to validate and deliver ideas

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of experience in Product Design
• Experience leading product design for complex, user-facing products, preferably in video or productivity tools
• Proven track record of shipping user-centered solutions in fast-paced environments
• Strong ability to prototype and validate new concepts, especially with emerging technologies
• Passionate about experimentation and mentoring teams in new approaches
