Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end design for features in business products, catering to both self-serve and enterprise customers
Wireframe, design, and prototype significant features in Figma, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness
Lead cross-functional discussions to clarify goals, define problems, and collaborate on solutions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in product design, particularly for complex B2B products
Experience with multi-sided marketplaces and designing for multiple user types
Strong understanding of accessibility in design processes
Experience contributing to and working within a design system
Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, FullStory, and Pendo
