Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer (P4) to join their Marketplace team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design from discovery to launch, delivering high-quality wireframes and prototypes
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to frame problems and shape product direction
• Leverage data and user insights to inform design decisions and drive continuous improvement through experimentation

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience designing complex, multi-step workflows in contract or marketplace environments
• Strong experimentation mindset with experience in A/B testing and user research
• A compelling portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across web and mobile
• Mastery of design tools like Figma and experience with AI prototyping tools
• Familiarity with designing for AI-powered experiences and collaboration with ML/AI teams
