Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer, Care Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the end-to-end design process, from research and concept development to execution and iteration
• Drive clarity by distilling complex problems into simple, intuitive, and effective design solutions
• Conduct user research to deeply understand the needs and behaviors of users

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Design with a strong portfolio
• Experience building care management systems, EHRs, or clinical workflow engines
• Deep expertise in UX/UI design and service design thinking
• Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of research methodologies
• Experience in healthcare delivery contexts, working with providers or coaches
