Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to oversee end-to-end product design and manage a team of designers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design for high-impact product areas, including user journeys and design QA
• Translate business goals into measurable outcomes and define success metrics
• Manage a team of designers through structured critique and coaching

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of end-to-end product design experience with web and/or mobile products
• Expertise in Figma and rapid prototyping
• Strong systems thinking and ability to maintain design consistency
• Proven collaboration skills with PM and Engineering teams
• Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design practices aligned to WCAG 2.1 AA
