Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the Core Product experiences focused on video creation and generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Elevate design craft by setting high standards for interaction, visual, and motion design
• Own the end-to-end creation experience for recording, generation, and editing
• Prototype and ship innovative ideas, particularly those leveraging AI for video creation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in Product Design
• Experience leading product design for complex, user-facing products, ideally in video or AI
• Strong track record of shipping innovative, user-centered solutions in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in prototyping and validating new concepts, especially with emerging technologies
• Passion for AI and a commitment to fostering a culture of experimentation and learning
