Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Designer, Platform Foundations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy for security offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Own and deliver high-quality design solutions across multiple workstreams, prioritizing projects and resources
• Elevate product design quality within the team, mentoring designers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise products, ideally in security or admin tooling
• Proven ability to lead design for technically challenging domains and deliver high-impact features at scale
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design from discovery to shipped features
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Figma, user research methods, and agile product development
