Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to contribute to the development of an AI-enabled enterprise SaaS platform for mental health support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define UX strategy and design screens, flows, and assets for features
• Collaborate with researchers and product managers to create human-centered designs and conduct user testing
• Ensure design consistency and collaborate with engineering to implement design specifications accurately

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in designing and shipping SaaS or enterprise products with a strong portfolio
• Ability to define UX strategy while being hands-on in execution
• Experience in building and maintaining Design Systems in collaboration with engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
• Experience with user research and usability testing to guide design decisions
