Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for high-impact product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Own discovery, user experience design, visual design, prototyping, and delivery for product initiatives
• Advocate for customer voice and experience through user research and usability testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategy, requirements, and tradeoffs

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product design
• Experience with B2B SaaS products and early-stage product design teams
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing systems thinking and UX design depth
• Experience building and contributing to design systems
• Strong product thinking informed by business, customer, and technical context
