Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to support high-impact initiatives across Disputes and Collections experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and extend ongoing product initiatives across disputes and collections flows
• Own design execution from discovery through final delivery and launch support
• Translate complex business rules and user needs into clear, intuitive design solutions

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional product design experience
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design in complex systems
• Deep experience with user-centered design and iterative development
• Comfort designing within regulated or operationally complex domains
• Degree in Design or related field preferred, but not required
