Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a product area end-to-end, defining problems, setting design direction, and shipping experiences
• Design complex product flows that balance creator needs with member experience
• Prototype and test rapidly using AI-assisted tools and contribute to product strategy across teams

Required Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating systems-level thinking
• Experience as the senior designer on a product area, making design decisions and owning outcomes
• Strong prototyping skills, including experience with AI-assisted prototyping tools
• Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and collaboration
• Active use of AI tools in the design process and ability to articulate this experience
