Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer, AI & Agentic Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define AI-native features and design systems for user-agent collaboration on a visual canvas
• Rapidly prototype concepts and create interaction models for human and multi-agent collaboration
• Mentor peers in design excellence and contribute to product strategy through design-led exploration

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product design experience with complex desktop consumer or enterprise applications
• Familiarity with AI-assisted or agent-based experiences
• Proven ability to contribute to high-quality design systems at scale
• Strong systems thinking and experience designing for diverse, global users
• Experience working cross-functionally in collaborative environments
