Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer who will elevate the craft of design across multiple product areas while partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts to create user-centered solutions that align with customer needs and business goals
• Serve as the design lead for cross-functional squads, ensuring design quality and facilitating alignment
• Conduct customer discovery and usability tests to inform product direction and validate design decisions

Required Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of UX design experience, specifically in business software applications
• BS/BA (or equivalent experience) in graphic design, interaction design, HCI, or a related field
• Proven success working with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced software environment
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design for complex workflows
• High proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Jira, and Pendo
