Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer for its Discover platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design of Discover end-to-end, identifying opportunities and setting design direction
• Design AI-driven discovery experiences that enhance user engagement and trust
• Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools and collaborate closely with engineers through to launch

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, particularly in consumer marketplace products
• Experience as the most senior designer on a product area, owning outcomes and making trade-offs
• Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and collaboration
• Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping tools
• Strong alignment with company values and proactive communication skills
