Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead/Staff Product Designer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end mobile design for iOS and Android, focusing on performance and interaction design
• Modernize the app by introducing innovative mobile design paradigms and interaction models
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Brand leadership to define a cohesive design language

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience, particularly with native mobile applications
• Proven success in designing large-scale marketplace, e-commerce, or social network products
• Mastery of modern mobile interaction patterns and user experience design
• Ability to influence product strategy and drive ambiguous initiatives
• Deep understanding of consumer psychology and mobile commerce ecosystems
