Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer to drive the design of new products and features.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for new products and foundational features
• Conduct discovery work to identify problems and shape product direction
• Provide design direction for new initiatives and mentor other designers

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of product design experience in fintech or similar environments
• Strong experience in taking products from idea to launch
• Portfolio demonstrating innovative thinking and design evolution
• Deep expertise in mobile app design and fluency in Figma
• Experience designing financial products with ongoing member relationships is a bonus
