Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Designer, Design Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic evolution of the design system by defining high-impact components and patterns
• Create user-centered product designs, workflows, and strategies while ensuring coherence across experiences
• Advise senior leaders on UI and UX initiatives, aligning teams around a shared direction and narrative

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, Interaction Design, or Design Systems
• Demonstrated experience in shaping and driving design system strategy across multiple initiatives
• A strong portfolio showcasing mastery across the entire design process
• Deep understanding of modern software development and front-end capabilities
• Experience coaching and guiding peers in user-centric thinking and design best practices
