Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design, UX, or a related field with a strong portfolio
• Proven ability to lead design within cross-functional teams and influence product direction
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including systems thinking and prototyping
• Experience using or integrating AI tools into design workflows
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions
