• Strong experimentation toolkit, comfortable with rapid iteration and metric selection
• A portfolio showcasing growth-oriented, end-to-end product design driven by data and insights
• Ability to design transparent value exchanges in monetization experiences
• Mastery of design tools like Figma and experience with AI prototyping tools
