Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead Product Designer to join the Partners squad, responsible for designing intuitive SaaS products, executing end-to-end design strategy, and leading discovery efforts to enhance user engagement and product experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Turn behavioral insights into thoughtful experiences that build trust and deepen engagement
• Own design strategy and execution for key parts of the ClassPass platform, shaping vision and quality
• Lead discovery efforts through research and data synthesis to uncover insights and opportunities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking
• Experience in designing complex systems and workflows
• Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and translate them into actionable recommendations
• Strong product thinking skills with a focus on leading cross-functional teams
• Understanding of design's role in AI, automation, and emerging technologies
