Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape the future of product design, the remote Lead Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for complex web and mobile applications, champion user needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance design quality across multiple product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design process from user research and discovery to execution for web and mobile applications
• Advocate for user needs by understanding a diverse user base throughout the product development lifecycle
• Support the evolution of design processes and rituals, integrating AI to improve collaboration and efficiency

Required qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs
• Experience leading a team of designers and aligning them around product priorities and user-centered design strategies
• Strong user-centric approach, utilizing research and metrics to advocate for user experience
• Ability to facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, and other teams using data and research
• Technical proficiency with API-based products and understanding of design implementation processes
