Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design vision and execution in a remote full-time capacity, the Lead Product Designer will create intuitive, data-rich interfaces, conduct user research, and establish design systems while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design complex, data-heavy interfaces and core product flows, ensuring usability and clarity
• Conduct user research and validate design ideas through feedback from customers and partners
• Establish scalable design systems and document design principles to enhance product quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably at an early-stage startup
• Proven ability to design complex, data-rich, or workflow-heavy products
• Strong visual, UX, and interaction design skills with a compelling portfolio
• Experience in shipping iterative designs and learning from user feedback
• Effective communicator capable of articulating design decisions and tradeoffs
