Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Product Designer will focus on designing user interfaces for AI-driven sales conversations and enhancing user understanding of AI functionalities, while actively collaborating with engineering and machine learning teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design the interface for Piper's AI brain, shaping its personality and objection handling
• Create engaging user experiences for Piper's live chat and video interactions
• Prototype rapidly using AI tools and code, shipping design decisions directly

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI or conversational experiences
• Strong understanding of LLM behavior and design considerations for AI interactions
• Proficiency in AI tooling as an integral part of the design process
• Demonstrated strong visual and interaction design skills
• Ability to define problems and solutions collaboratively without detailed briefs
