Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving the design strategy for innovative payment solutions, the full-time Lead Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and the Chief Product Officer to enhance user experiences while integrating AI-powered tools and methodologies, all within a remote work environment for candidates located in the lower 48 states of the US.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs
• Collaborate with the CPO and teams to define product vision and design direction
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and advocate for user-centered design principles

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX Design with a strong portfolio of successful UX/UI solutions
• Mastery of design tools such as Figma and proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user surveys
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability heuristics
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research to inform design decisions
• Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
