Job Summary

Experienced in product design, the remote Lead Product Designer will elevate design craft, prototype innovative solutions leveraging AI for video creation, and mentor the design team while ensuring a user-centered approach across product surfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Elevate design craft by setting high standards for interaction, visual, and motion design
• Prototype and ship innovative ideas in collaboration with Product and Design partners
• Mentor and inspire the design team, fostering a culture of experimentation and growth

Required qualifications

• A minimum of 8-10+ years of experience in Product Design, particularly with user-facing products in video, AI, or productivity tools
• Proven track record of shipping innovative, user-centered solutions in fast-paced, cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to prototype and validate new concepts, especially with emerging technologies
• Deep belief in the power of video to transform communication at work
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams
