Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Experienced in navigating ambiguity, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will manage the entire product design process from discovery to launch, collaborating directly with clients and engineering teams to create impactful user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops and alignment sessions, facilitating client and user feedback
• Own design across the engagement lifecycle, including UX/UI design, prototyping, and design systems
• Ensure design quality assurance, aligning shipped products with original intent and craft

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant design experience with a proven track record of launching real products
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and engage stakeholders
• Experience with design systems thinking as a core competency
• Self-direction and ownership of work, with comfort in managing ambiguity
• Experience integrating AI into design practices
