Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the design process end-to-end, the full-time Lead Product Designer will shape the product experience by utilizing AI tools, creating intuitive designs, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for key product features, from concept to delivery, using Figma
• Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across all product areas
• Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform actionable design improvements

Required qualifications

• Experience in product or UX/UI design, ideally within a SaaS environment
• Strong working knowledge of AI design tools such as Figma AI, Galileo, or Claude
• Proficient in Figma with a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving skills
• Solid grasp of user research methods, including interviews and usability testing
• Experience maintaining or contributing to a design system
