Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

To tackle complex design challenges in K-12 education, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will shape core product experiences, design AI-powered features, and contribute to the design system while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design efforts to create meaningful experiences for educators and students using Panorama's data and insights
• Define AI-native features and design systems for human-agent collaboration, focusing on user experiences and workflows
• Raise design standards by mentoring team members and championing accessibility and inclusive design practices

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment, with K-12 edtech experience as a plus
• A portfolio showcasing strong design craft and systems-level reasoning
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered features and a progressive view on design's role in AI and emerging technologies
• Expertise in data visualization to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards integrated into the design process
