Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning the user experience of an internal operational platform, the remote Lead Product Designer will manage design outcomes end-to-end, partner with cross-functional teams, and lead product discovery while enhancing usability for both providers and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Own design outcomes from problem definition through delivery and iteration
• Conduct user research and develop a deep understanding of user needs to inform design improvements
• Prototype and validate ideas before engineering commitment, ensuring clarity and precision in design workflows

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in product design or UX with a strong portfolio of shipped work
• Proven ability to independently drive design within cross-functional teams and across multiple projects
• Experience with operational or technical domains, including B2B SaaS or enterprise software
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including systems thinking and prototyping
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions
