Job Summary

Leading design initiatives for the Preserve & Share team, the full-time Lead Product Designer will shape product strategy, create engaging user experiences, and advocate for customer needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive design initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring consistency and quality across products
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities for enhancing user engagement and connection
• Translate customer insights into intuitive experiences while fostering a culture of empathy and intentional design

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in designing consumer products that drive engagement
• Strong systems thinking ability to connect customer needs with business goals
• Exceptional interaction and visual design skills, demonstrated through a strong portfolio
• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and explore new opportunities through experimentation
