Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving the design strategy and execution for key product areas, the full-time Lead Product Designer will own complex design problems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and elevate design quality to enhance financial tools for businesses in a remote-eligible role.

Key responsibilities

• Own design strategy and execution from discovery through delivery for one or more product areas
• Drive cross-functional alignment by collaborating with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to validate solutions and ship high-quality experiences
• Facilitate structured workshops and design reviews, translating complex workflows into clear, testable concepts

Required qualifications

• 8 or more years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking
• Deep experience owning large design scopes end-to-end, including problem framing and interaction design
• Track record of influencing product strategy and contributing to product decisions
• Experience designing for B2B or fintech products involving financial data and multi-step workflows
• Familiarity with emerging AI product design patterns and comfort working in front-end code or prototyping environments
