Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

To drive innovation and design excellence, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will own the end-to-end design process for new and existing products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful AI-powered experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the design of new products from discovery through launch, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape strategy and drive execution while translating customer needs into usable product experiences
• Present design decisions and influence direction using product thinking, design frameworks, and research insights

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing digital products, particularly in B2B enterprise software and complex problem spaces
• Deep expertise in UX research, interaction design, and visual design with a high bar for quality
• Proven ability to lead design initiatives in ambiguous, business-critical environments
• Experience designing data-driven and/or machine learning products with fluency in AI systems
• Strong systems thinking and exceptional communication skills to influence decisions and align stakeholders
