Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

As a hands-on builder and thought leader, the full-time Lead Product Designer will define, evolve, and scale the design system, ensuring cohesive and accessible experiences across products while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the design system, creating flexible elements for web and mobile platforms
• Design and maintain scalable components, patterns, and system documentation in collaboration with engineering
• Champion accessibility and inclusivity while mentoring designers and promoting systems thinking across the organization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product, visual, or systems design with significant ownership of design systems
• Deep expertise in building and scaling design systems in complex, multi-product environments
• Hands-on experience with design tools like Figma and Storybook
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and constraints, such as CSS and component-based frameworks like React or Angular
