Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

To shape strategic initiatives through a customer-focused lens, the full-time remote CX Lead Product Designer will drive the quality and creativity of human-centered digital products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex digital challenges and enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Advance customer-centric digital experiences by creating innovative solutions and inspiring other designers
• Coach and mentor team members while serving as a key advisor across product teams to enhance design quality
• Influence product design strategies and processes, creating frameworks and tools that ensure consistency across projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
• 5+ years of experience in visual, interaction, or product design strategy
• Proven experience designing agentic experiences and integrating AI into digital journeys
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and creating prototypes or storyboards
