Job Summary
Elevating product experiences through exceptional design, the full-time Lead Product Designer will shape product direction, mentor designers, and collaborate with product and engineering leaders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for one or more product pillars from discovery through delivery
- Translate customer needs and technical constraints into clear experience direction and design roadmaps
- Drive design quality reviews and set standards for usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant product design experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or mentorship role
- Strong portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, customer empathy, and measurable product impact
- Proven experience leading data-informed product design across the full lifecycle
- Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with a focus on usability and accessibility
- Experience designing for AI-driven interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams
