Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Owning complex marketing-focused design initiatives, the full-time Lead Product Designer will create customer-facing digital experiences from ideation to implementation while working remotely and leveraging AI tools throughout the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for customer-facing digital experiences, ensuring exceptional user engagement and conversion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and translate customer insights into effective design solutions
• Utilize AI tools to enhance the design lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping to validation and implementation

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and visual design
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI in the product design workflow, including prototyping and design exploration
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design principles
• Experience conducting user research and incorporating feedback into design iterations
• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for user-centered design
