Lead Product Designer

Job Summary

Driving the design strategy for provider-facing solutions, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will own end-to-end product design, translating complex challenges into intuitive workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and optimize business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the entire product design process for provider workstreams, from discovery to production-ready design
• Translate complex operational challenges into user-friendly workflows for both internal and external users
• Collaborate with various teams to define problem framing, establish success criteria, and evaluate design tradeoffs

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience on complex web, SaaS, or operations-facing products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership and influence on product strategy
• Excellent interaction design, systems thinking, and information architecture skills
• Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experimentation with AI tools in design processes
• Strong Figma skills with the ability to communicate design intent effectively
