Lead Product Designer
Job Summary
To elevate product design quality and strategy, the full-time Lead Product Designer will drive design initiatives, own end-to-end design execution, and optimize design operations while collaborating remotely with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design initiatives and guide teams through the entire design process from problem framing to high-fidelity prototypes
- Ensure successful delivery of product experiences by managing all phases of design work, from discovery to engineering handoff
- Maximize design efficiency by establishing structure and removing friction in design operations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 5+ years of experience in B2C native mobile app design
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe CC suite, or other industry-standard creative tools
- Experience working on a native mobile apps team
- A portfolio showcasing relevant design work
