Job Summary
Seeking a Lead Product Designer in a full-time remote position, the candidate will elevate product experiences through exceptional design craft and systems thinking, while mentoring other designers and collaborating with product and engineering leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead design strategy and execution for defined product pillars, translating customer needs and business goals into clear experience direction
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape product vision and prioritize opportunities for high-quality outcomes
- Mentor designers and drive quality reviews, setting standards for usability, accessibility, and visual consistency
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant product design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role
- An exceptionally strong portfolio demonstrating systematic thinking, customer empathy, and measurable product impact
- Proven experience leading data-informed product design across the full lifecycle, including usability testing and prototyping
- Exceptional visual and interaction design craft with a focus on usability and accessibility standards
- Experience designing for AI-driven interfaces and collaborating with cross-functional teams
