Lead Product Designer
Job Summary
Owning the design of the Discover platform, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will identify opportunities, set design direction, and create AI-driven discovery experiences that enhance visibility and trust for both creators and consumers in a two-sided marketplace.
Key responsibilities
- Own Discover's design end-to-end, connecting platform insights to inform every design decision
- Design AI-driven discovery experiences that foster human-like interactions between the platform, creators, and members
- Prototype rapidly using AI-assisted tools and collaborate closely with engineers to ensure successful product launches
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with a focus on marketplace or two-sided platform design
- Experience as the most senior designer on a product area, demonstrating ownership of outcomes
- Genuine fluency with AI-assisted prototyping tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Lovable
- Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong alignment with company values and proactive communication skills
