Lead Product Designer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Lead Product Designer will own the design process from problem framing to implementation, focusing on creating intuitive user interactions for AI-driven software in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own product design from research and interaction design to high-fidelity UI and prototyping
- Design new interaction patterns for human-AI collaboration, ensuring user trust and control
- Partner closely with Product and Engineering teams to define problems and solutions collaboratively
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience, preferably with complex B2B SaaS products
- A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional interaction and visual design skills
- Experience simplifying complex workflows and configuration-heavy products
- Ability to conduct usability research and engage directly with customers
- Strong systems thinking and comfort with technical constraints in design tradeoffs
