Lead Product Designer
Job Summary
Leading the design for App 2.0, the full-time remote Lead Product Designer will translate product strategy and customer needs into intuitive experiences while establishing design systems and exploring AI-enabled design workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead product design from concept through implementation, including user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI
- Establish and evolve the App 2.0 design system, ensuring accessibility and effective translation of design intent with Engineering
- Experiment with AI in design processes to enhance workflows and develop scalable design practices
Required qualifications
- Significant product design experience with a portfolio showcasing complex digital products
- Experience leading end-to-end product design for major features or new products
- Strong interaction, visual, and prototyping skills, with proficiency in Figma or similar tools
- Working knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility principles
- Experience using AI in product design and a keen interest in its application for improving workflows
