Lead Product Designer
Job Summary
Driving the quality and creativity of customer-centric digital products, the full-time remote CX Lead Product Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative solutions that enhance user experiences and support health goals.
Key responsibilities
- Advance customer-centric digital experiences by crafting innovative solutions and inspiring other designers
- Coach and mentor team members while serving as a key advisor across product teams to enhance design quality
- Translate branding and frameworks into scalable solutions, and build interactive prototypes to test and communicate design concepts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in visual, interaction, or product design strategy
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects, including agentic experiences
- Proficiency in design tools such as Miro, Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a collaborative approach within cross-disciplinary teams
