Job Summary

Seeking a Lead Product Designer (Canada) for a full-time remote role, who will create wireframes, build prototypes, and deliver customer flows for both the customer-facing experience and the vet-facing medical platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape the design systems that support scaling.

Key responsibilities:

• Create wireframes and prototypes for customer and vet-facing platforms
• Develop a cohesive design system for a holistic telemedicine experience
• Conduct research, testing, and iteration to enhance user experience

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience in interaction design and usability with a focus on user feedback
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, product, and marketing teams
• Experience in prototyping, testing, and iterating on designs
