Lead Product Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Development Manager - Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of consumer services aligned with business objectives
• Manage project structures, ensuring on-scope, on-time, and on-budget delivery of product portfolio objectives
• Establish relationships with key leaders and external partners to support strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Typically 8+ years of related experience in product development or product management, or 6+ years with a Master's degree
• Experience in project management and change management processes
• Advanced skills in Atlassian tools, particularly Jira
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
