Lead Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Product Engineer - Observability (Enterprise App Monitoring) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, and engineering of digital products for end-to-end application monitoring
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure reliability and alignment with the organization's vision for Enterprise Monitoring and Observability
• Manage production applications and ensure compliance with KPIs while fostering a culture of prompt issue identification

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience, including software design or automation for observability
• 4 years of hands-on experience with major observability platforms (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace)
• 3 years of experience in Agile environments and understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles
• 3 years of development experience in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• Proven experience with Kubernetes and both Windows and Linux systems in enterprise or cloud environments
