Lead Product Engineer

Job Summary

To design and build next-generation guest-focused private aviation experiences, the full-time Lead Product Engineer will collaborate with development teams, product owners, and internal clients while managing product roadmaps in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivates knowledge of application development best practices and oversees quality assurance of program logic and data processing
• Develops and executes test plans, supports systems development efforts, and provides technical expertise to software development teams
• Mentors junior engineers and collaborates across departments to design solutions and troubleshoot complex software issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology with 8+ years of related experience, or 10+ years of equivalent work experience
• In-depth knowledge of C# programming language and Azure development concepts
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures
• Proven experience as a Senior Developer or similar role with a strong portfolio of software development projects
• Familiarity with React Framework, SQL, JavaScript, and CI/CD tools in a DevOps environment
